Abstract

Taking as a theoretical basis of the readings of António de Macedo, Dalila Pereira da Costa, Gilbert Durand, Lima de Freitas, Sergio Franclim and Eduardo Lourenço, this article presents a study of the major vectors of Portuguese mythology, thinking their traumas, myths and utopias, discussing how such vectors are confined in the literary universe.
