o que está em jogo na crítica de Adorno e Horkheimer à Indústria Cultural?
Abstract
The aim of this paper is to drawn some of the main aspects involved in a full understanding of the concept of “cultural industry”, as it was developed by Theodor Adorno and Max Horkheimer in Dialectic of Enlightenment (1947). It will be pointed out that this concept is fundamentally an historical and hermeneutic tool, from which three aspects will be rejoined: the dimension of totality, the moralist feature, and the morbid quality of culture industry.
