Abstract

In Brazil, recent researches about gender’s relations on the field of sociology have been investigating details about the relationship between men and women. These researches have been finding an essential increase on the number of women working in the public and employed space in the capitalist system. This increase on the female labor influenced many researches about gender and work’s relations. The purpose of this article is to present how the dimensions of the gender have been discussing at this moment in the Sociology of Work. The actual literature shows changers on the domestic work, as well as get woman into labor market. In this way, we intend to give evidence of the social and history configuration happened in gender’s identities, especially masculinities’ perceptions.
